Víctor Manuel de la Iglesia Rial (Santiago de Compostela, 1992) is an Analysis and Quality Control Lab Technician, specialized in multiple areas of the chemistry field: sampling and simple treatment; chemical, physical and physicochemical analysis of substances and materials; microbiology and biotechnology; quality control according to current legislation, equipment and material maintenance and risk prevention in the laboratory. His working experience is focused on the food sector, as a quality control analyst of consumer products; and research, more specifically in the organic chemistry and chromatography field, which is his greatest specialization, partially due to his past experience working at the Centro Singular de Investigación en Química Biolóxica e Materiais Moleculares (CiQUS), based in Santiago de Compostela, a research centre of great relevance inside the biological chemistry and new materials development fields. He is currently working at IPNA’s Molecular Science department (La Laguna, Tenerife), centering his activity on compounds isolation and purification by the use of different chromatography techniques.
